Account Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of full set accounts
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Ensure all accounting transactions and reporting are updated timely, accurately and processed in accordance to the financial policies
- Monitoring and on-going review property management accounts
- Liaise with internal party and third party management company
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree in Finance / Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
- Familiar with Strata Management Act
- Possess accounting and income tax knowledge

Junior Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for all equipment (Mechanical / Electrical / ACMV / Plumbing) in the building.
- Responsible for general building work, M&E works
- Respond to all complaints promptly including part replacement (eg: clogging issue, changing the light bulb and etc)
- Attend to weekly and monthly preventive maintenance
- Any other ad hoc maintenance or repair work
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and service oriented
- Fast learner
- Experience in servicing & maintaining of equipment is a plus point
Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period
- Assist purchaser to arrange for necessary documents
- Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior
- Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes
- Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
