Company Background

Maxihomes Management was established in 2013 by a group of passionate students with the collaboration of property professionals, which aims to provide quality accommodation to both local and international students, as well as working-class employees.

Since incorporation, Maxihomes Management has accommodated more than 3000 of residents and over 300 owners from various industries, namely Sunway University, Monash University, The One Academy, Sunway Medical Center, Menara Pinnacle, KDU Glenmarie, Taylor’s University, IMU Bukit Jalil, INTI College Nilai and Avenue Crest. Today, Maxihomes is managing over 2000 rooms within Klang Valley Area itself.

For Tenants

You can book a room by browsing available listings on our website, submitting an enquiry form, and our team will contact you to arrange a viewing.

Yes, we highly encourage viewings before making a decision. Just submit an enquiry or contact our sales team to schedule an appointment.

Yes, a deposit is required before moving in. The deposit is refundable upon move-out, subject to terms and conditions.

We currently focus on longer-term stays (typically 6 months or more), but contact us directly for any special arrangements.

Just contact your assigned admin or submit a report through our Google Form Link. Our in-house maintenance team will handle issues promptly.

For Landlords / Owners

We manage rooms and full units in high-rise residences as well as residential landed houses across the Klang Valley, catering to working professionals and students.

You can fill out the “Partner With Us” form or contact us directly. We’ll evaluate your property and propose a management package.

We provide property owners with full tenancy management including tenant sourcing and screening, monthly rental collection, regular unit maintenance, utility bill handling, and detailed owner payout reporting.

Yes, we have an in-house professional interior design team that can assist with furnishing and setting up vacant units according to your preferences and budget.

We act as a neutral party to mediate and resolve disputes professionally.
